網際網路作業系統（Internetwork Operating System，簡稱IOS）是思科公司為其網路設備開發的操作維護系統。使用者透過命令行人機界面對網路設備進行功能設置，提供的功能大致為以下以點：
- 網路設備及連接埠的功能參數設定
- 設定、執行網路協定與網路功能
- 設備間之資料傳輸
- 安全管理設定
